1to1 Housing Solutions helps local authorities, across the social and health care sectors, to provide SSH for Older & Vulnerable Persons. We help Local Authority and CCG Commissioners do this by providing new-build properties that are designed and developed exclusively to meet individual needs of service users according to the HAPPI Principles.

 

SSH schemes generally consist of 40-100 innovatively-designed apartments of 1-2 bedrooms. There is a range of SSH schemes currently being led by 1to1, including specialised dementia housing.
